We know that in today’s sales world, as a National Account Manager, it is important to differentiate yourself from the competition. As a Sprint exclusive Business Solutions Partner, we strive to help you bring that value to your customer.


 


Do you have a customer that has over 5000 total wireless lines, of which the majority are with Sprint today? Or do you have a customer with a large rollout in the near future that is over at least 500 lines?

Catherine Cale


 


Title:  Marketing Manager


 


Tenure:  4 1/2 months


 


Before True:  Prior to working at True Wireless, Catherine worked for a software company as a Marketing Manager. Previously Catherine worked for Clearwire in a Field Marketing role, launching the Stockton/Modesto markets and assisting with the launches of other markets and marketing initiatives across the US.


 


At True:  Catherine is a Marketing Manager.  She manages and maintains all of the Wireless Procurement web-portals while also working on creating and implementing new marketing campaigns for specific initiatives.


 


Work Aside:  Catherine was recently married in October to hubby Bill. She enjoys spending time in the kitchen cooking as well as spending time with her dogs, Sugar and Surely. Her new addiction is 24, Lost, and Fringe which currently fill up her DVR!

Kim Hernandez


 


Title:  Customer Support Specialist


 


Tenure:  1yr 5mos


 


Before True:  Kim went to school full time at Las Positas College in Livermore while helping her dad with his business.   


 


At True:  Kim is Customer Support Specialist and is currently supporting: a large medical equipment manufacturer, the nation’s largest lumber yard operator, a large cell phone manufacturer, and the leading national landscape contractor.  


 


Work Aside:  Kim enjoys scrapbooking, spending time with family (she has a twin sister!) and friends, and heading to Tahoe on the weekends for some fun. She is also expecting a precious baby boy soon and will have her hands full as a new mommy!

We are very excited to share with you an example of the great success we’ve enjoyed with the “soft launch"of our exclusive new Telecom Expense Management tool - Wireless Intelligence.  Wireless Intelligence is a SPRINT ONLY offering that will help you retain current revenue and grow market share within your key accounts!
 
 
One of the first clients to utilize Wireless Intelligence to more effectively manage their Sprint account is a leader in advanced imaging and networking technologies.  The client formerly used a BSP to provide every day procurement and some basic Tier 1 support. While the client was not unhappy with their former BSP, they also did not see much “value” in what was being offered.  Ultimately True Wireless’ Wireless Intelligence product provided a service and benefit they could not find with any other BSP.  The service was integrated with True’s Wireless Procurement portal and Sprint’s Wireless Manager tool, making it easier and more convenient for the client to work with Sprint.
