Welcome to a new year of True to You - News From Your Preferred Sprint BSP


 


True Wireless continues to expand the team to serve you, our Sprint customer!  In this issue, you will meet some new team members and get some info on some of our tenured team members.

True Wireless Is On The Move

As we continue to grow the True Wireless team, we have outgrown our office again, so True Wireless is on the move!


 


On March 28, we will move to a larger office space.  Our new location in Bishop Ranch is a Class A space.  We will occupy 5,400 square feet and will be closer than ever to some of our Sprint Corporate Account customers as our new space will be just upstairs from the Sprint offices in San Ramon, CA.

True Member Bio

Title:  Customer Support Specialist


 


Tenure:  1 Year


 


Before True:  Erica received her Bachelor’s degree in Leral Studies with a minor in Early Childhood Studies from California State University at Hayward.  While attending school she worked at a purse company shipping out orders.


 


At True:  Erica is a Customer Support Specialist and is currently supporting four large clients:  Sutter Health, Perini Building Co, ADT-Tyco and Kone. 


 


Erica is a believer in working as a team and sharing her knowledge with others to make the team sucessful.


 


Work Aside:  Erica has a darling niece who just turned 1 and she loves spoiling her.  She likes visiting with her father (in Georgia) when she can.  She also enjoys going to sporting events, wine tasting, hanging out with her friends and visiting her niece.

Senior Corporate Account Manager


 


Tenure:  3 Years in June


 


Before True:  Ryan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Chico State.  After college, he worked at Ferguson Enterprises as a sales/management trainee before starting at True.


 


At True:  Ryan is a Senior Corporate Account Manager at True.  He works on bringing in new clients to True while maintaining existing client relationships


 


Work Aside:  During his free time, Ryan keeps busy.  He is always on the go, enjoying sports (especially the San Francisco Giants and 49ers). 


 


He is on a bowling league and a softball league.  He loves spending time with his girlfriend, Nicole, and other friends. 


 


He is interested in anyone’s thoughts on who might win the NCAA tournament this year.  You can forward your picks to him at

Her newest family member, Jack Michael was born on January 7, 2008.  The bouncing baby boy weighed in at 8.4 lbs and was 20.5 inches long.

    Our company started doing business with True Wireless a few years ago and have been very well pleased with the service that we receive.  I have never done business with any other Nextel dealer that could provide service as quick, accurate and offer great customer service skills.  There has never been a time that I have called them and they were unable to help.  


   


    We do alot of business with our Nextels and can not handle being with out a phone.  I feel as if True Wireless understands our needs and will do their best to help us.
